I share my personal reflection and thought on Student Development and the importance of celebrating and democratising ideas from all level. Alhamdulillah, we launch the Bank of Ideas on Student Development project today. We welcome and appreciate any ideas from everyone including staff, students, alumni and others. Ideas come from everywhere and everyone and a great idea is simply the combination of many good ideas.
